Since this wasnt a PM I'm allowed to comment too. I think it wont be allowed since it would create a greater need to scroll the board. If everyone had such a sig the change would be considerable.

You should haved pmed a mod, but it wouldnt be allowed since the max hight is 150 pxls, your not allowed to give and take, like taking from the hight and adding to the length, like a 70 by 400 sig or whatever.

The limits specify which dimension is height and which one is width. Since it's against the rules to go over those limits, I think the question answers itself.
