January 30, 200917 yr anyone know what to do with a defective keyboard. I ordered it new in the box but the (key to the right of k) wont work and i cant use the macro buttons either :wall: so any ideas on whats wrong? I can sti11 return it
January 30, 200917 yr I hope you installed the software it came with. If you don't do that don't expect the g buttons to work.

Otherwise, just return it to the shop or speak with Logitechs support (which is amazing!).
