I "spied" on it and it worked...however, I already spied all ten penguins last Wednesday...did they reset early? Usually it takes until mid-day Wednesday (in the EST US). So yes, penguins and other timed events such as certain farming timers and Tears of Guthix could be performed in one minute, and re-performed in the next. OT: I'm pretty sure the reason penguins used to reset on wednesday was because when they were put in, they had a week till they changed, kind of like how the circus moves strangely.
