lit_candle Posted July 28, 2005 Share Posted July 28, 2005 I quit rs a while back and am just getting back into and really dont feel like paying to be a member now, however during my time as a member i spent a good deal of my time fishing. Now being f2p i see just how annoying it can be, the only place to fish lobsters and swordfish is karamaja and of course the nearest bank is in falador. That means that after 1 load of fish you must then walk all the way back to the boat and then to falador if your planning on selling the fish. There really should be a f2p bank on karamaja. Its a simple and clever stradegy to get more members. You want a closer bank for fishing? Pay that money again. And i think the draynor bank is closer, but im not sure... Sorry, but it's just not gonna happens, Karajam Rum is SUPPOSE to be hard to travel. Having bank would make it too easy. So that's why it's NEVER gonna happens. Raichase Posted August 3, 2005 Share Posted August 3, 2005 My problem with the lack of a fire, or a range there is, 99% of the people that go there to fish KNOW there is no fire or cooking methods there, and yet they insist that someone else can make the fire. I used to cut down some logs or so, cert them, grab my tinderbox and axe, and go train against lessers. I would go fish up more lobbies, walk to the store, sell some logs, buy them back in proper form, make a fire, cook, drop burned ones, and wander back to the lessers. Heck, we're spoiled now, there are normal trees that can be cut down for logs just next to Luthas' (?) house.
