February 5, 200917 yr Hello everyone, I'm going to be purchasing a new PC soon in about a week or two tax returns. Anyhow I am stuck deciding between these two computers below. I am slightly leaning towards the Gateway FX, I've called them to ask in about what it means as a refurbished PC. I was told it might have been used as a demo or it was shipped out and returned to the manufacturer (Gateway) and they reconstructed it like new for resale. February 5, 200917 yr 2nd computer. Even tho it's refurbished, you have warranty on all the parts. Nice components for it's price. Monitor, dunno, ask someone else. February 5, 200917 yr For the price I think its worth it to get refurbished. I've gotten refurbished products in the past and I've never had a problem with a single one.
