You'll have to venture on over to the Observatory and grab them from the professor. The observatory is southwest of Ardougne. You also need a spade #-o I ALWAYS forget about the spade. You'll see an interface come up of your Sextant. There's arrows going left and right on the bottom, and up and down on the side. To the right, you'll see a circle. You need to click those arrows until you see the sun and the horizon (the white line between the green and the blue) directly in the middle. Then click "Get Location", if the sun and horizon are in the middle, you'll get your coordinates.
