It doesn't, just go to roughly the spot as shown in the picture and dig around it.

You need a Watch, Sextant, and a Chart to do Coordinate Clue Scrolls. You'll have to venture on over to the Observatory and grab them from the professor. The observatory is southwest of Ardougne. Then you use your watch, and get the sun in the middle of the circle (you'll know what I mean when you pull it up), and then you'll get your coordinates.

#-o I ALWAYS forget about the spade. It's really annoying when I have to trek far from a bank and a teleport spot, and then realize I forgot my spade.

The watch (and maybe sextant :?: ) is gotton for Kojo in the Watchtower(north of observatory, south of ardy)

You get a sextant from Murphy on teh Port Khzard docks

And the watch is from the monk at the watchtower.

Click on your Sextant. You'll see an interface come up of your Sextant. There's arrows going left and right on the bottom, and up and down on the side. To the right, you'll see a circle. You need to click those arrows until you see the sun and the horizon (the white line between the green and the blue) directly in the middle. Then click "Get Location", if the sun and horizon are in the middle, you'll get your coordinates. If they aren't, keep playing until they are.
