Hey everyone, go to runescape forums and search Zin, a wonderful new ore?

OK!!! HERE ARE THE DETAILS!!!

Zin is a new type of ore you can mine. You mine it from big rocks, kind of like in real life how people mine granite, or limestone, in sheets, or slabs. The big rock looks like a mountain, except it is flat on top, instead of being pointed, think of a mountain as a triangle, now picture it more as a rectangle. That is how it looks.

Zin could be stackable, or not, but you get it in Sheets of Zin*. You still use a pick-axe, it just comes out as a flat, jagged piece of ivory, like a slab, called a sheet of Zin. You can use the sheets of Zin to make Zin Armor; the armor just needs lots of sheets of Zin.

You need to be at least a level 40 49 miner to mine sheets of Zin.

The Zin color, for both the ore and armor, is:

- Hue 80; Sat 37; Lum 98.

- Red 219; Green 249; Blue 157!

The armor would be equivalent to black dragon-hide. The armor would also absorb dragon-fire!

or since Jagex might not like that, the armor would just be a little bit better than black dragon-hide armor.

Heck, I think this is such a great idea, i would pay Jagex just to add this to the game.

just plz support this idea!!!

Or you could just say lime-green. I don't think that this idea is very well developed, your 'Zin' ore is used to make an anti-dragon breath armor with the stats of black d'hide, yet at the same time it's minable at only level 40-49? Comparably, it takes 70 mining to mine adamant, which (adamant armor) is only a bit stronger than black d'hide.

I agree will balazeal, but at least make the requirements 75+ mining for the ore. It could be a very useful thing. You could bring a shield you like other then an antidragonfire shield.

Add me if you so wish: SwreeTak

IMO i think it isnt very good since it has no "history" and also not much reason why RS needs it. I mean jagex wouldn't just make ores for fun. What i think is needed is to lower the lvls needed to mine the ores to:(smithing would be the same, but the lvl there will be the lvl needed to smith daggers. e.g. 1 smithing= can smith bronze dagger. 2 smithing=axe, 3 smithing=mace, etc.)

Maybe there should be a new kind of smithing using granite stuff. meaning there'll be granite dagger, etc. maybe all kinds of smithing will have a maul?
