Text is well made but still distracting, Lines around charizard absolutely kills the depth of the brushes behind him. Edit: Nice colours, render was placed very well considering canvas size. So I've noticed this thread's regulars all follow similar trends. Jopie211 Posted February 14, 2009 Share Posted February 14, 2009 There are three main things that make the signature look quite random and not very appealing IMO: The text. It's pretty big and distracting and pixely, slightly techy looking fonts like that usually aren't the best choice. The black shadow/outline is also really distracting. I suggest you get rid of the text alltogether. The outline on Charizard: again, distracting, and it makes the render stand out a lot from the background. The lines in the background: bad colour choice, a bit random and they don't help the flow. Other than that, it isn't too bad. The '[bleep]y' effects in the background could work pretty well if you get rid of some of the other stuff.
