Lets_3ekout Posted February 14, 2009 Share Posted February 14, 2009 I'm looking to hunt avatars in soulwars with ruby bolts, but does range bonus (accuracy) effect ruby bolt spec frequency? Because the damage from the non spec bolts is so negligable i'm thinking of just using full torags and switching to whip/dclaws at 20% hp (when ruby bolt would hit 40's). Would that work? Or am I going to have to get slaughtered with karil/black dhide defence for any chance of a spec? Your accuracy etc has no effect on the spec, much the same way we have no control voer barrows set specials.
