Fekambard
Minotaurs level 27 is SoS, a barrier stops them from attacking you and they drop iron arrows quite often so you should end up with more iron arrows than you started with.
RayOxide
^ nice spot until around 55. If you have 40 defence it might be easy-ish to tank SOME things, but the bonus might be really low considering F2P.. Minotaurs, Try to find a safe for Catabelpwns* if there is any..? Too much YT on my mind to think of anything else atm sorry :? I dont need a siggy no moar.
thatoweler
I got 66 defence so thats fine Minotaures are also very crowded :(
RayOxide
Ah, well, with 66 defence, I would say you have a chance at tanking some things with ease. Up to possible level 60-70 creatures, maybe slightly beyond. I dont need a siggy no moar.
Zimbu
I tanked at flesh crawlers 40-60 ranged on f2p. I had 70 defence and they didn't hit me that often. You don't have to click on them, just run away a bit to make them agressive again. You can also shoot a rat and bury the bones which will trigger a random event almost always when you haven't had one in 30+ mins. If it's a teleport random it will make them agressive. Use anchovy pizzas and you can probably stay there until your inv is full of body runes and gems.

Yomyth105
Im not sure if this is the best method but what i did in f2p from level 50 to 60 is range zombies in the varrock sewers. I dont think it was bad...
Imamonkey
Check out this guide. I used it before. My stats were higher than yours, but it should be useful. I would especially think so when you get stats up some more. Good luck

Peterlor
Try training on level 2 men at Lumby... no thats a joke :P Actually, I suggest training at the lesser demons on Karamja from that dungeon that Elvarg is in. How about them?? Best Drops: 1 d skirt, 1 whip in party room, 1 robin hood hat (lvl 3 clue), 1 sara bracer (lvl 3 clue), 2 zamorak pages (page 1 and 3), 1 guthix page (page 3)
