some of you saw my post on unfinished sig with the drag well i have erased all the coloring inside and redid it its taken me hours to color it in i think i have an idea for wat else to do but if you have something you think should be in please tell me im very unsure and yes i will add fir im trying to get the right effect (thats why theres burnt ground) everything is done in paint and

if you coloured that dragon pixel by pixel i'd have to salute you, because it looks like its been airbrushed / blurred in ps.

The indside of the dragon looks more like it was done with an anti-aliased brush..Not with a pixelbrush..

On a green bg you shouldn't have a green dragon imo..

it wasnt blurred like that it was done pixel by pixel but when saving the files i had saved it lower quality (forgot type think it was jpg) and it blurred it some and made it a lot smoother but one things for sure im not taking that much time on one object again

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

also on the green background im gonna add a lot more stuff but i also need some other ideas or maybe not use green bg the point is hes at the zoo and is breaking out i may have it grassy in his area then in the center paved walkways and other pens with some mokeys or something anyone like this idea and have a guy standing in the walkway looking like hes ready to fight holding a sword

it looks as if youve taken the runescape image of a green dragon and kinda made it look half pixely, cuz it doesnt actually looks like its pixel made, and yeah , colors dont work very well

i know that i have bmp copy but i saved it as a jpg to test something there was some kind of reason behind it and i liked how the dragon looked so i used that and touched it up a lil bit to get wat i got now

Sorry guy but i kinda can't belive the story of the pixel by pixel for 2 reasons...the shape is obviously derived from an ingame pic,so u can have manipulated that directly or have used it as a bg to make a pixel work, such as using layers in photoshop...but still that's not traditional pixelart i think...and it looks blurried the aliasing way rather than compression failure...Plus the ashes are blurred 2....and if u have the BMP version then simply use it...will look twice as good...unless you'r working hard as poo to make the dragon in pixl-by-pixl way :)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Other than that i agree a blue draggy would fit better...

Pixel art can be quite smooth. My avatar is pure pixel art with no special effects unless copying and rotation are special effects. The outline was pixel by pixel though.
