One-hitting monsters is awful training; your max hit is being cut off.

 

 

 

Dharok's seems to be effective if qeltar is to believed.

Ah, this reminds me about the noob on the Runescape forums who was upset with the quest "Cold War" because apparently his grandparents died in the war. :wall:

Not unless your max hit is like 51 lol

His max hit is really low so I'd advise using Ss or something fast.
