Black Dragon Task

Alright, i got a Black Dragon task, and am thinking of a way to do it.

 

 

 

Here are my stats:

 

Att: 82

 

Str: 83

 

Def: 83

 

Rng: 84

 

Pry: 70

 

 

 

Should i range them, pray+melee, or max def bonus and melee.

 

And about meleeing, i say a method a while ago that using a broad sword is better then a whip. Is this a good idea?

I would range them, if you're looking to get the task over with and don't want the hides or bones just kill the baby black dragons in the chaos tunnels.

When I was 96 att, 85 str and 99 defence I found it long to melee. (maybe I didn't try hard enough) So I just ranged them in Evil Chicken's lair.

 

 

 

I would recommend ranging them too (even though it was a long task even with 94 range for me) If you want to melee them I would go for the baby blacks in CT so you can keep your task streak without any points being spent. (just an alternative method)

 

 

 

I would go with ranging them though. Fill up your invent then summon a Terrorbird. Fill that invent and then bank. Repeat.

If you are training melee pray with proselyte.

 

If you are training range, range it :)

 

 

 

When i get black dragon task i always go kill KBD, with the slayer helm boost it gets easy :D

one other method allthough slow will reduce the need for bolts but you might want to pot which is the d hally method in evil chickens lair

Traditional melee with a whip or leaf-blade (the latter is better or so I've been told) would beat that by far.
