Yes good job for doing something countless of people in runescape are too lazy to do :P You don't have to put him down by giving unnecessary comments like "oh but your runecrafting is easy too" which implies that he has no excuse for not getting this level quickly. I have no problem with you giving an honest rating. But I do find it rude when you take the extra time to put him down too. Also, you seem to be mining gold, which is awfully slow. Add that up, and it's quite a decent achievement. 6/10 for the level, 7/10 for doing it with gold.
