I would give you c/c but someone's gonna' post with way more informative c/c than I could do :]

but damn, I quite like it eventhough I couldn't tell that was a head in the middle. The people's faces look a flat as does the mage's hand. I'd say you need to work on the clothes a little more, make them not look so rock hard and blend the colours a little more, the colour change from light to dark on the mage's outfit is too obvious.

That purple thing on the staff looks brilliant and the ice is quite nice. Dull background though.

This is definately not a bad piece. But there is alot of things to improve.

First of, you should never do on such a big canvas, even the most experienced pixel artists have problem doing that big. Second, this needs alot more work and detail. Especially charecthers faces seem quite funny and unrealistic. The angle of this scene is also quite weird, I'd rather put it in the eyes of warrior, instead of behind his head, cause now his head is like the middle of the picture. Not to mention that big plain helmet looks quite dull and boring (and hard to detail).

Nevertheless, its a nice work. Just next time do it on a smaller canvas. Makes it easier to fill the canvas with detail. ;)
