Well, never really used scanlines/clipping masks before, or really done a full smudge signature.

Waaaay to much empty space. Clipping masks, are good, and the scan lines are... :? Try erasing parts over the scan lines, particularly over the focal.

Scanlines are so win. I love this tag. The empty space gives it a minimalist feel.Good render, and blending. Text needs work.

Not a fan of the scanlines, I'd remove them completely. The smudging/blending is ok, but I'm not sure about the white space. Maybe just change the colour to a brown-ish one though.

The scan lines really add up IMO, gives the tag a "techy" look that matches perfectly with the render.

 

 

 

As for the white space, +1 for brown.

I don't think changing the colour to brown would look good. I'd say just smudge outwards more so it fills some space.

Haha everyone disagrees with me. :lol: I stick to my point though, just don't like the scanlines. :P

^ Heh, everyone has a different opinion : I didn't say this in my last post, but the sig looks good :thumbup: There's just some random crap (lines) at the bottom left. Smudging looks good, though. As do the colours :D
