What is the fastest way without profit, and one with? Thanks. I tried searching but didn't come up with anything.

for best mage xp at a cost bursting/barraging rock lobsters is the best(I believe)

 

 

 

humidifying is probably the best for profit and xp

fastest way without profit would be to alch easy to get items like logs and such...but you will loose millions doing that...one with profit? with mage? you must be kidding...actually mageing some monsters but that would be very slow

alching (kind of cheap)

 

ice barrage (only if there is money flowing out of your [butt])

 

super heating mith (sometimes loss/sometimes gain)

What about stunning?

stunning isnt very good exp compared to alching...its not terribly expensive, but there are cheaper ways out there

So either ice barrage at the lobsters, high alch, or humidify?

im not a mem so i dont know all the mem spells,,,but high alch is usally good for both if you dont care on profit

As of right now I'm casting String Jewellery (from 84-90 magic and beyond), getting me around 100k xp per hour + a little bit of Crafting xp too.

 

 

 

This is most definatly a spell you'll cast at a loss, however.

 

The costs in this spell are 2 Astral Runes per cast, as the gold bars/amulets (u) can be sold back to an NPC, and so the cost to cast it is dependant on whatever the Astral prices are at the time. For me right now it's 3.3gp/xp which is frustratingly expensive, but I feel it's worth it as it's just 1 click per inventory of 27 amulets.

 

Quite a few other people have asked questions regarding String Jewellery in Help & Advice, so if you're interested I suggest you do an advanced search for 'String Jewellery' or 'String Amulet'.

Superheating iron beats alching by a huge margin; it's 81k an hour compared to 60-65k for alching.
