March 9, 200917 yr Yaff is right, it's not a vector. Vector has the ability to zoom in without losing detail, the ability to se more detail in fact. PNG's are squares when you zoom in. :-#
March 9, 200917 yr It is a vector if he made it with a vector programme. The image he posted is a png, it had to be converted to a raster filetype so it could be posted on the internet, as image hosts don't upload .ai (Illustrator) files, or the inkscape equivalent, as far as I know. So yes that image is bitmap, but the file is vector, as he could rescale it and post it again, and there wouldn't be any artefacts or loss of quality.
