i am currently 62 range and i want to get 70 or higher. but i am stuck on where to train it. i have 5k iron arrows that i am going to use. also please note that i am f2p.

Train on Cave Crawlers and Zombies in the 2nd level of the Stronghold of Security, you might also consider trying lessers in karamja or greaters in wildy if you are looking for good loot. Watch out for Revs though. Gl.

I'd check out the Stronghold of Security. There's a bunch of good monsters in there.

the SoS is best exp for any f2p but you should do the lv 30 zombies they have 30 hp thats what I do and I can get around 35-40k exp per hour if i'm lucky.
