RosesFire
I've never seen them before and I've been playing since August of '08. They're just regular staffs with black tips. Where do they come from?
Balazeal
Those are just regular Magic Staves. Like their elemental counter-parts, they allow the auto-casting of certain spells, however they do not provide any runes. You can pick one up at Zaff's Staff shop in Varrock(or just use the G.E). 100% F2P99 Defense, Tuesday February 10th 200999 Attack, Tuesday May 26th 200962,189th to get it

Balazeal
I've been playing since 2005 and they are still just as useless! Basically, think Elemental Staff-Free Runes=Magic Staff. 100% F2P99 Defense, Tuesday February 10th 200999 Attack, Tuesday May 26th 200962,189th to get it
The Runar
I've been playing since 2005 and they are still just as useless! Basically, think Elemental Staff-Free Runes=Magic Staff. Magic staff is more powerful in melee than elemental staves. The Runar's (OSRS) DIY blog - most viewed Blogscape blog ever!
