March 14, 200917 yr I've never seen them before and I've been playing since August of '08. They're just regular staffs with black tips. Where do they come from?
March 14, 200917 yr Those are just regular Magic Staves. Like their elemental counter-parts, they allow the auto-casting of certain spells, however they do not provide any runes.
