The highlight behind the blood is too bright. Also, use a green or purple as the darkest shade, with dithering, and see how that looks. If you use green, make it unsatured.

ye, the green/purple you used may be a bit too extreme Gs(lets just hope he doesnt essplode),a more greyish tint to them may help(if you have a PS type tool, add a layer using a 30-50% opacity pencil tool for 1pxl 'course...)

And you may want to spread the blood farther up and down the blade... but the shading at the tip looks quite nice, despite the other coloring 'errors' on it...
