kingjoe2002
I had 2 Ti-83s. Lost one so i had to buy another. There is a blackmarket in my school where ppl who find calculators resell em for like 20 bucks lol. TI-89 is banned, however i always wanted to rip apart a Ti-89 and stuff it into a Ti-83 shell :) Also whats a graphing calc without Phoenix?
logic-is-overrated
Is getting games on the 84 plus the same as the 89? I installed mirage os on my calc. I downloaded the TI connect. I downloaded the games, used winzip to extract them and then sent the games to my calc. Some of them go to mirage os and some of them are just under programs. The ones that go to mirage don't work and the ones under programs run but all of them end with a message saying it's archived. I went to memory and pressed unarchived and it said it did but still none of them work. Any of you calculator savy people would like to offer a few suggestions I would appreciate it. This is the way the world ends. Look at this [bleep]ing shit we're in man. Not with a bang, but with a whimper. And with a whimper, I'm splitting, Jack. battletrax
calc.org and ticalc.org all you'll ever need. I have days worth of games in mine. good way to get through boring classes over here ti-89's are very popular. my old highschool participated in a ton of math competitions that allowed ti-89s. many of those had questions that could easily be solved with the equation solver, so if you didn't have an 89 you were at a big disadvantage... Little bit of both ;) Anyway if TI-89's ever get banned I'll just cover up the Ti-89 Titanium logo at the top.
