Initiate Armor

How would I go about building an initiate pure? Right now my next goal is 40att ,60str, 20def obviously, MAX range, so I don't level, MAX Mage, so I don't level, 31/34 prayer after everything else.

Should I increase my attack to 50, or 60 and get 70 and 80 strength?

Any advice would be helpful really.

im a bit confused, but, if your going initiate archer, get range to around 80, defence 20, and thats about it, mage wouldnt do much for you cus of the armor and dhide, initiate melee, i'm not sure, i only range and mage pking wise, my melee's just there for, well basically, i could get it cus of my mage/range levels so it also helped me raise my hp

Well...You should train strength to 70 and attack to 65 the train defence to 30 for mithril. You see that all of the choices for attack and strength are not common beccause they are not in the right order. <3: you ,

Thanks

I guess it's safe to assume I can disregard darkvoid725's post, means no one knows what he's talking about!

60/70/75 or 85 Attack (Scim, Whip, GS or High lvl Pure)

90+ Strength

20 Defense

85/94 Magic

80+ Range

44 or 52 Prayer.

Initiate has exactly the same defensive bonuses as mithril with the added prayer bonus of monk robes.

Make sure you get rune gloves before you get 20 defence (they can be got at 13 defence) then do frem trials and half of frem isles which will make you 20 defence but also able to train at yaks.

I recommend getting and staying 60 attack for a while before raising it.

Also get 44 or 52 prayer. there's no point in getting initiate armour if you're going to stay a low prayer level.

  • 5 weeks later...

I have an initiate pure, and i think its a good route to go for a pure.

Definatly get rune gloves asap, or be prepared to buy a ton of combat braces.

Prayer is really just your choice, i keep mine low to compansate for the combat levels gained through. Get 60 attack, do monkey madness, then just power train strength. Desert Treasure and high mage are also not bad ideas. Feel free to pm me in game if you want any advice, its sleazy_skill.

Good luck with your pure!

70/92/20 hp whatever it is. I think its possible for a initiate pure to veng confirm/deny? also get 52 prayer for smite since you have that rather large prayer bonus.
