Range_This11
Tool! Taken from www.toolband.com news. 24 March, 2009 (07:30pm) TOOL SUMMER TOUR I'm sure many of you have heard of an upcoming summer tour. Although I can't announce any specific dates yet (as the bulk of the dates haven't been confirmed), once they are finalized and official, we'll be sure to announce them on the site. So... be on the lookout for these dates to be posted soon, and get ready for live Tool this summer. (Now I understand what that elemental was referring to in the February newsletter) BMB Very excited for this. How2PK
I've seen them one time. Which was a pretty impressive at the time (since I was really into TOOL at that time). Don't think I would go see them now though. Have you seen them before? Signature by Maurice SendakWhen the stars make you drool just like a pasta fazool, that's amore! Range_This11
I have not had the pleasure of seeing them yet. I opted out of seeing them the last time because I wasn't as into them as I am now. Hopefully it won't be disappointing. I'd rather see them at an indoor venue for the light show. How2PK
Yea, I would say indoor is best. However it can be very special when you're outdoor at night, instead of being overheated in some crowded hall. What I liked best about the concert at the time (I still like this part best by the way) was the opening, with Lost Keys and (my favorite track from 10000 days) Rosetta Stoned. With the megaphone, haha. :') I even bought a TOOL shirt at that tour. My first and only band-shirt (next to the homemade K.U.K.L. shirt I got from a friend). I love those two tracks. The first time I saw Rage was at a HUGE outdoor night show and it was absolutely amazing. I'll never forget that night for the rest of my life. Lateralus
I've seen them twice. First time they opened with Rosetta Stoned, like Daan said. Second time they opened with Stinkfist and then went into Swamp Song, which was a nice treat. I don't listen to Tool anything like as much as I used to, but I'd still go see them again. Lateralus live is something special. La lune ne garde aucune rancune.
Mr_Adam
Cool, I recently got into Tool though, so I'll probably miss out on it.... and I'm only 14, and Tool feels like a mostly older audience =P
