Where did you get your goal bar?

 

54 strength is not 54% to 99

 

54 strength is like 130k exp

 

99 strength is like 13m exp

 

130,000 / 13,000,000

 

Like 1% if my math is correct

I made the Goal Bar

 

And I Made it like to mean 54/99

 

I realised that it is actually 1%, well actually it is 0.11% but whatever

It might be more accurate if you use a Tip.It goal signature, nothing against your goal-making skillz. Good luck at any rate.
