Zonorhc
I honestly think I'm improving. Thanks to Nadril for the idea of sharpening the end product. It really does help when mixed with a 4.0 gaussian blur. Feedback, please! Nadril
mhmm... I like this one. I can definitly tell the difference that sharpening made on the scene, it just makes the texture so much better. The ray's are looking realy nice, no complaints there. Only coplaint is a little one about the terrain. When you look off to the left you can see just watter going on and on forever. Not a big deal, no, but You would think you wouldn't see water right there right? It's just a trick alyn told me, but always try and make sure you always see land, to get a somewhat more realistic piece. That's what is holding me back on this one. The rest of however, good job. Zonorhc
That was actually the end of the terrain, so that's endless sky you're looking at. I never seem to be able to cover that up since the piece pretty much required the camera to cover the entire terrain. World Machine, for some reason, always makes small terrains. Normally, I'd cover it up with clouds, but this one wouldn't budge. If your using the registered version, I would recomend perhaps getting the stand version of world machine. I'm going to be getting it soon, and its only 40$ and can make some huge wagon terrains. And yeah I know, it's hard to do sometimes. I've had a lot of pieces that have been screwed from a small terrain.
Zonorhc
I use the unreg version of Terragen. Varrock Library: Shattered Sky | Silent Thunder | The Emperor's FinestAstri @ MythWeavers

Zonorhc
It doesn't really bother me as much. As long as I can make a new desktop wallpaper for myself a few times every month, I'm happy enough. I can't see myself paying a buttload of money to register Terragen anytime soon. Realy cheep if you think about it, well, the price of a new game :)
Zonorhc
I'm fairly sure the price jacks up for an Australian user, because of exchange rates and stuff. One day, I'll consider getting a job. Varrock Library: Shattered Sky | Silent Thunder | The Emperor's FinestAstri @ MythWeavers
