Easiest (COMBAT) Skillcape?

Strength is NOT the easiest, simply because of the whip. No. of skill capes means nothing, because pures add bias to the data.

 

 

 

Attack is generally the easiest overall, however it depends on how you define easy. If you already have 100m you can buy prayer and it may seem easy there on, but that 100m would have been very difficult to obtain. Based on that, I say attack, closely followed by defence. HP is an awkward one to say, it's really something you shouldn't be directly training (you should never put SW/PC points into it, as tempting as it may be).

 

 

 

Range CAN be easier using chins, but when you consider the money you fork out, it's not easier. I'd say the same goes for mage (I haven't tried any lunar training techniques though). Prayer and summon are the hardest - considering money.

 

This is what I've said on other topics. Attack/Defense would be easier to raise because of the Whip+Defender setup. Unless you use a Saradomin Sword, strength gets annoying to train.

 

 

 

As for the Lunar Magic, it is quite fast (around 150k exp/hr for String Jewllery spell) but it does get quite expensive for the price of the runes.

If you think about it, no melee 99 is fast nor easy. All melee skills go together, or atlest 2 of them. You have to have a good Attack level to gain fast exp im melee. What whould happen if you only train Atk? Sure you would hit often, but you would hit 1's. If you only train Str your going to hit high, but youre going to hit seldom. If you only train def youre never gonna get a hit in and when you do its going to be a low hit. Therefore you need to train all your melee skills to get alteat one of them to 99. So that means melee is not a fast/easy 99. As for ranged and mage. These would then be the easiest. Ranged can be cheaply done at 50k exp an hour by ranging jaks, Ranged can be done even faster and for free by doing the chin/aviansie combo (100k exp an hour) and for the very rich you can chin for 99 at 350k + an hour. As for mage, this also can be done for free on various methods (i cant really think of any now). But for those who though melee 99's are fast/easy, think agian. You cant get one unless you have decent stats in the others.
