Yep...the long and curved bones are drops for that guy. Good construction experience if you're at level 30 construction (I think that's what it is...) and you take them to that one guy in Dorgesh-Kaan.

no i'm just talking of those four in one drop... might note that down. i always like to know when monster drops multiple things at once.

The long and curved bones are in a sense like the charms, they can drop with anything else. It's just so rare a drop that people don't see this happen that often.

Damianara and SportsGuy have pretty much covered it, it is definitely possible to see this kind of a drop :).
