May 1, 200917 yr I woke up this morning to find my Runescape password changed. I quickly did an account recovery and filled in every of those boxes there...Jagex promised to reply to my request in about an hour. It has been 4 hours since I submitted my appeal and my appeal status still says "pending". What is going on?

When was the last time you ran a virus/spyware/whateverelsethatcouldbebadonyourcomputerware check? Did you open some emails? Maybe someone else was on your computer. Maybe the virus scan misidentified the file as a trojan. Could have been a multitude of things.
May 2, 200917 yr Has anyone else's account recovery appeal taken more than 2 hours? 2 hours is nothing. My old account Baby Koopa was stolen once, and I sent in an appeal that stayed at pending status for 4 months, I kid you not. After the 4 months I got it back though, and it had a nice ammount of new items and cash on it lol. But yeah, just give it more time, you'll get it back soon enough if you filled out everything correctly. 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving. Jagex'd out of my untrimmed hp cape on 6/14/2011.
May 2, 200917 yr Is it a family computer? If so, someone else probably a little less computer literate then you downloaded accidentally a Trojan virus. Always remember you're unique, just like everyone else.
