Casting Heal other all in the middle of a crowd at the Grand Exchange. For some reason, you will always find 10+ people who don't have their health topped off.

In the Smoke Dungeon where the Dust Devils are there are Fire Giants that if you go in there the smoke puts you down to 1HP, but you do not die. :) Go ahead and try it. It's good.

I think rock cake is the only option, although you might wanna consider Zammy Brews as well. That's sorta dependent on your stats though.

 

 

 

By 1hp, you really mean "very low hp and as close to 1hp as I can get", right? Getting exactly 1hp is going to be hard.

 

 

 

You can also bring a badly cooked Karambwan and poison yourself, then remove the poison when you're at low hp. That's 2 invent spaces, or 1 if you eat it before you leave.

The dwarven rock cake, if you didn't make 2 for the RFD that means you can't get it anymore. It hits 1 each time you try to eat it.

Rock cakes 2-4 hp

 

Uidentified Liquid (Can be gotten at Digsite area, using a empty vial on a barel with red liquid in it) : Takes 25 hp when dropped.
