Anyways, my question is:

How do they get my stats to it automaticly. I though i had to type in my lvls. But they came automaticly, so i just wounder how they do that. Do they work with Jagex or something, so they can have it from highscores or something?. I just wounder.

Some kind of script that they use basically takes the levels directly from runescape highscore list and prints them on the sig. Simple as.

Most likely a php script. It looks your name up using the highscores, pulls your levels out of the page, and inserts them into that image..
