so i'm training str with my saradomin sword because i like it. so some one says "ss is noob tbh". i responded with an- eh i like it. and he says- w/e nerd.

 

then like everything else, he started to sling insults at me trying to desperately end this so i could ignore him on a good note. so he happens to have a fletching cape and i have a quest cape. now i've made it a point to never have a 99 in anything just because it makes people stupid after getting it. i also want to be the person that says quests are better than 99's with lvl 98 skill in some respectable skill(s). anyway he says i'm a nerd without a skill cape. i say i hate skill capes. so he says yeah because you can't get any. if that were true, then i would have no 90 level skills. i'm about 100k or so away from 93 strength, i also have 30m+ in money. it's not hard for me to buy a cape like yours and get it in less than 2 weeks. especially since i'm already level 85/86 (don't know for sure) in fletching.

 

so he goes on saying nerd, and all of this other stuff. so i ask him what makes a nerd? is it no lifeing? no lifers are better. i'm a no lifer.

 

 

 

hold up. so if i spent every free minute i have playing runescape that makes me better than a nerd? then god damn i'd rather be a nerd. i'd at least have a life other than a video game...

Agreed. Ive been a part of runescape since about 2004 and one thing i learned is not to pay attention to people like that, just play game and have fun.

You missed an opportunity for fun. I have underlined what you should've said that would've made your day and saved you a few grey hairs at old age.

He is just jealous he can't afford a sara sword, and the fact that he can't read walkthroughs for quests. All he can do is run a macro to fletch stuff for him. Try telling an [wagon] that next time.

Because most of the people who are cool (Or think they are) are stupid, so smart people don't fit in.. Shame nerds can outsmart them easily.

I agree with the last part. But people who think they are cool, face it, the "nerds" are cooler. "Cool" people, live in a small to average house, cant get a job, smoke, do drugs in a gang sometimes. etc. Smart people: Get a good job, get a big house, dont smoke, do drugs, part of some sort of "club" (math club, glee club or something :lol:)

 

 

 

So I guess being a nerd actually does make you cool as you would most likely succeed in life if you are smarter then the rest.
