jemathonical
I'm sure even a quick search on google, or maybe even webmd would be a tad bit more sufficient then this, not saying no one knows anything, just everything google has to offer for search results probably has more information then tip.it. Well when I first did my ACL 2 years ago Ard helped me out and pretty much diagnosed what was wrong with my knee, just from previous experiences. Sure, Yahoo might have people who know, but it's a totally different community and sometimes Tipit can help you in more ways than just saying what's wrong. ^Sir Jem 05-The Bunny Drinking Blog?^ Click it! At least that is just what I have been taught (and I am FAR from being a doctor lol  ) Summoning help:[hide=Wio, lol][/hide]

At least that is just what I have been taught (and I am FAR from being a doctor lol  )Lack of pressure implies that the item in question has a lack of motion or force (ie, a static item without influence). Too much pressure and your knee would break again. :P More to the point, yes, pressure can help.
