Account unbanning problem

Featured Replies

Hi, I quit playing Runescape a few months ago(around 4-5), and I recently decided to check the homepage out of boredom. I stumbled upon the update about the unbanning of certain accounts and this led me to check if my old account was unbanned. To my amazement the pillar said that it was in green zone with no offences, and the offence list at the bottom had been crossed out. I then tried to log on but it say's that my account is disabled.

I can't figure out what to do, as it says I'm unbanned but it won't allow me to log on, and I was just wondering if anyone could help me with this situation?

Thanks.

I think this should be in Help & Advice. As for your problem, I have no idea. :?

Due to my epic stats, I have now started WGS (but I still hate spoilers).

Disabled is not the same as banned.

You make it sound like running through a few level 87 monsters is hard which it really shouldn't be at your level.

Really, as I can't find out anything as to why my account is disabled. I thought that it meant I was still banned ::' . How can I get the account undisabled? :?

I have an account that the only offense was quashed and it says im in the safe zone, then I try to login and it still says disabled too.

Given that they havent done the game update of this 2 part offence update i'd imagine the game side of unbanned accounts may not be in effect yet.

I'd suggets you check your messages you probs have some info there.

Nope. There is no info in there.

Disabled is not the same as banned.

Yes it is.

You probably commited an offence before the blackmark system got updated. Thats why you have no blackmarks.

The same happened with my old main.

The offence was before then, BUT it was quashed aka deleted by them. It has a line through it, and quashed offences have no affect on your account. It says so on the page.

Yeah, it shows the list of offences crossed out like they've been erased.

Your account is in the green zone. Well done! You currently have no bans or mutes on your account. If you continue to abide by the rules in the future you will not receive any bans or mutes.

..liars lol

A jagex mod replied to me and noted my account name and they said they are going to fix it but can't give a time for when it will be.

Okay, tell me how it goes and I might do the same. \'
