Further to this, you will also receive a temporary Woodcutting ability (lasts between 5 and 30 minutes) that makes your logs automatically go to your bank if your inventory is full. brainymidget Posted May 18, 2009 Share Posted May 18, 2009 I am not a pro at Evil Tree so don't quote me on this but I'm guessing that the 2 minute rewards are from people who didn't get the full 100% of the reward. Again, I am not a pro at Evil Tree, I have only chopped it down like once or twice but that's just my guess as to why there are submissions of 2 minutes. I've arrived really late before and not even been able to GET rewards. For the minimum to be two minutes...did they set one fire and not chop at all? chop for twenty seconds and do nothing else? Nurture the sapling for one "cycle" before chopping and then walk away and come back? I know other websites have posted 2 minute times, but I've never come across it. Maybe there exists a screen shot somewhere out there... Sorry, no screen shot, but I've also had 2 minutes. My situation was that I went to the Spirit Tree at the Grand Exchange, it asked if I wanted to help dispatch the Evil tree, I said 'Yes' and was teleported, then when I arrived I chopped for maybe thirty seconds or a minute and then it was dead. It was a willow, I think. I got something like 150 gold, an acorn, six logs and 2 minutes magical log-banking ability. And now I don't accept a teleport to dispatch a tree unless I know it's only just sprouted. In sum, I think it's 'minimum' in the sense that if you get any reward, that's the lowest you'll get.
