Hopefully I won't regret posting this. Anyways, was having fun with world machine, did this terrain. Was just a 1025x1025 for now, will get a larger terrain for other works. Anyways, I thought I got the whole contrast deal right, it's fairly contrasted right now. I quite like it, and it's what I was going for.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

With that little bit said, there probaly will be a wallpaper after I work out any kinks of this.

What's the difference between world machine and terragen? I tried terragen once... didn't turn out pretty.

WM is just a program that is used to make terrains to import into terragen :).

You could try one of those zoom plug ins...or maybe opera, seem to recall it having it integrated...not sure, but you could ask wyrm.

some advice....keep it this size :) I am not sure this would work larger as the cg mountains would get more cgish.
