Abby demons(whip) Fishing monks from 65-99 ( I did some math and its around 36m). VS. Fishing monks 65-76, then do sharks till 99. ( IDK the cash on this one, anyone know)? D boots are 1:90, Whips are around 1:400; however, abyssal demons are better money now, considering the low price of Dragon Boots and the fact that the demons drop other significant drops. Abyssals are easy - just kill them like you killed every other slayer monster from 1-85. Kill spiritual mages like you killed aberrant specters. I've killed over 3000 with and without, and there was not enough of a difference at a 95% significance level to suggest that there was a difference in the drop rates.
