What is the average drop rate for abyssal whips? ANSWERED

 

 

 

What is the average drop rate for abyssal heads? (whether it be relative to whips or kills, I just want a number for an estimate : )

 

 

 

I know, I already have one whip drop, but that was through using wild pies at 83 slayer :-# . I just want to know since I camped them straight all of friday and last weekend and failed to get one of either of the two.

1/450 for whips is about average, that is according to zarfot.

I'd have to say that 1/450 would seem quite accurate.

The other question on the abyssal heads still stands :

My friend kept a log and he said he got one about every 441 kills, so 450 is probably a good round guess.

As for abyssal heads.. I have no idea, probably because they're extremely rare. To give you an idea: I've gotten 31 whip drops now, and 5 abyssal heads. So lets say it's 1:6, then the drop rate would be 1:3600.

I think I can take that as an acceptable value lol, since you've gotten freaking 31 whips :shock: (Congrats on that). The only downside is that I now need to get at least 2 heads, which is, by your numbers, 7200 kills, one for my house, and one for the pet -.-
