My friend said he "found" a santa hat on the ground and he went on to his account and showed me it. Everything seemed to be real except when he went into his equipment stats there was a small red circle beside the santa hat. Im wondering if anyone knows what it is and if the santa hat is genuine or not?

He borrowed it.

The circle means the item was borrowed from another user.
