May 24, 200917 yr I bought a Walmart Moneycard to pay for membership via credit card, just got it activated, and when I put everything through, I got declined. And when I went to account management on the moneycard site, I found "Declined Reason: PURCHASES NOT ALLOWED FROM THIS COUNTRY". I'm in the US, Runescape has the "you are subscribing from the United States" thing up, and I'm not using a proxy. I'm not sure why it thinks I'm a [removed] foreigner. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Ideas?
May 24, 200917 yr I think only cards that's listed on Runescape's website is allowed. Unless your Walmart happened to have a Visa or Mastercard logo. May 24, 200917 yr Author The foreigner line was one of my lame and sadly frequent attempts at humor. I'm fully aware I'm a single dirty foreigner, my standards are just higher than double dirty. I'll drop billing a line, see if that clears anything up. Thanks. Oho! Saying dirty twice gets censored? It's hard to imagine it being used sincerely in a derogatory manner.
