Would it be worth collecting these myself using a spirit spider, or should i buy them from the GE? (this is for training herblore)

I would say just buy off of the G.E. because with the scrolls sometimes you only get like 1 or 2 at a time. This will take forever to get the amount you need to train herblore. ::'

Shield left half: 1,Dragon plateskirt: 1, Warrior's Helm: 1, Obsidian Cape: 1, Robin Hood Hat: 1, Dragon Platelegs: 1, Dragon Boots: 4, Amulet of Ranging: 1

Just buy them, they aren't worth that much atm so I would say, go for it.
