Also, I'm a pirate fan personally. It goes back to my theory from when I was like 5 that my family was descended from pirates. Altogether, pirates are cooler. Cooler lore, cooler media image, and just more fun. That being said, I'm fairly certain that a ninja would win in a fight.

I like ninjas, but many of their weapons are just farming tools. Besides, even if it's only one shot, pirates have guns. That's something.

 

It all comes down to preference, though. None of them are armoured, it could end up in a one hit/one kill thing. Personal skill, that's it.

Ninjas also have projectile weapons, just typically not firearms.

I've already posted this, but Vlad Tepes sure knew how to choose his weapons.

The Romanian(I think) sword seemed infinitely more devastating than the Chinese one.

I think the kilij is turkish.

I thought Vlad the Impaler was Romanian, but I guess that doesn't necessarily make his sword from Romania. The kilij seems to operate on the same concept as the kukri with the weighted end. Apparently a solid blow from a kukri will take off limbs.
