I had my share of Nostalgia earlier today.

Well, the screenshot you posted was 1024 × 819.

 

Anyway, the only reason I can think of why the time won't go all the way to the left is because it probably has a blank space as part of the skin. Right click it and unmark "keep on screen" and try to place it again.

There were some really good ones, but I can't recall any at the moment. Browse the Deviantart customization place for rainmeter, you can find almost all skins there.
