It's Saturday for me. I'll just wait until it gets light and then try to get some sleep.

 

The past couple of nights I've been really frightened for some reason. I went through a stage like this last year where I couldn't sleep because I was frightened. Mh.

Hrm. One or two inexplainable things have happened in life that have really freaked me out about sleeping in this room. Since then, I just wake up sometimes and think about all of these frightening things that could happen to me (for example, last night I was mainly afraid of hands touching me while I was in bed). I can't wait until I leave for college, I hope I won't be scared then.

 

I don't really trust you guys, worried you'll post some scary picture or something so I keep slowly scrolling down to make sure you don't freak me out more.

I will probably get over it though, I used to browse /x/ (which doesn't help my situation) and was subject to many frightening pictures.

Sleep paralysis is pretty much where your brain starts shutting down for the sleep cycle, so you have hallucinations and stuff.
