The past couple of nights I've been really frightened for some reason. I went through a stage like this last year where I couldn't sleep because I was frightened. Since then, I just wake up sometimes and think about all of these frightening things that could happen to me (for example, last night I was mainly afraid of hands touching me while I was in bed). I can't wait until I leave for college, I hope I won't be scared then.
