I wouldn't suggest sleeping pills considering your recent situations plus it could interfere with the medication you're taking. So I don't know.

I've tried warm milk. It didn't do anything and was a waste of milk.

 

I took well over 200 sleeping pills for my suicide attempt. If I do get them, I'll take the recommended dose. Maybe 1 or 2 more.

Abc, nothing helps me sleep more than some nice cold water. I slowly sip it and by the time i reach the bottom of the glass, I feel really sleepy. While i"m sipping water, I read cracked.

Which one do I need?

JVM, latest version is 6.22 or 6.21 I think. Also try disabling addons for the runescape homepage.
