All of those are mediocre games at most. Even portal 2 was quite dull in comparison to Portal 1.

The difference between shounen anime and 90% of American action cartoons is that 1) The protagonist is somehow an orphan or lost a parent, 2) a little watchable and 3) shows the sign of a possible plot.

 

So yeah, you're right. Better an anime post than a pony one.
