I mean I guess it wouldn't really make sense to say subtitles of spanish but it seems like that'd make more sense than subtitles in Spanish. I dunno. I understand the other errors though. I always forget to make the adjective and noun agree. In spanish you speak or write in a language, so the subtitles are also in a language.
